Shipping policy

We engage the services of Australia Post in most instances and once we mark your order as shipped we entrust the delivery with Australia Post.

During peak online shopping times, Christmas, Mothers Day and other 'gift giving' periods, you will find that your order can take longer to reach you. Anywhere from 7-10 days or so.

Please understand that Scents of Heaven will always notify you of any delays we can foresee with completing or posting your order however delays due to Australia Post and busy periods is out of our control.

In saying this should you continue to experience long delays in receiving your order please reach out to us and we will always do our best to help.

If you are based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne we may be able to deliver to your door, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss delivery days to your area.

Your delivery costs will depend on your order.
